These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using Pokebot ("the Bot", "we", "our", or "us") on Discord. By using Pokebot, adding it to a server, interacting with its commands, or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms.
You may use Pokebot only in accordance with these Terms, Discord’s Terms of Service, Discord’s Community Guidelines, and any rules set by the server where the Bot is used.
You agree not to misuse the Bot, abuse its systems, exploit bugs, spam commands, harass users, interfere with Bot operations, or use the Bot in any way that violates Discord rules or applicable laws.
You are responsible for your own Discord account and any activity performed through it. Pokebot rewards, inventories, coins, cards, progress, cooldowns, and other game data may be linked to your Discord user ID.
Pokebot may include gameplay features such as card collecting, pack opening, coins, rewards, trading, grading, quizzes, duels, leaderboards, achievements, journeys, events, marketplaces, or other in-game systems.
These features are for entertainment purposes only. We may update, rebalance, limit, reset, remove, or change any game feature at any time to improve the Bot, fix bugs, prevent abuse, or maintain fair gameplay.
Pokebot may include virtual items such as cards, coins, badges, items, grades, achievements, or other in-game rewards. These virtual items have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money through Pokebot.
We reserve the right to adjust, remove, reset, or correct virtual items, balances, rewards, or progress if they were obtained through bugs, exploits, cheating, abuse, system errors, or unauthorized methods.
Pokebot may allow users to trade cards, items, or other virtual rewards. Users are responsible for reviewing trades before accepting them.
We are not responsible for trades that users willingly accept. However, we may investigate and take action against scams, abuse, exploit-based trades, bug abuse, or unfair manipulation of Bot systems.
Pokebot may provide in-bot rewards for voting through third-party platforms such as Top.gg or similar services. Vote rewards may be modified, delayed, denied, or removed if abuse, automation, duplicate voting, or vote manipulation is suspected.

If you violate these Terms or misuse Pokebot, we may take action including removing rewards, resetting progress, blacklisting users, disabling access to Bot features, removing the Bot from a server, or reporting serious abuse to Discord or other appropriate parties.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Pokebot is used in their servers. They may configure, restrict, or remove the Bot according to their server rules.
We try to keep Pokebot available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that the Bot will always be online, error-free, or available. The Bot may experience downtime, bugs, maintenance, hosting issues, Discord API issues, or feature changes.
We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue any part of Pokebot at any time without prior notice.
Pokebot may collect and store certain Discord-related and gameplay-related data needed to operate its features, such as Discord user IDs, server IDs, coins, inventories, cooldowns, votes, trades, and game progress.

Pokebot may use third-party services such as Discord, Top.gg, hosting providers, database providers, analytics tools, or other services needed to operate the Bot.
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party services.
Pokebot is an independent Discord bot project. Pokebot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Discord, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or any related brands. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
Pokebot is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that the Bot will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, be secure, or be free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any losses, damages, deleted progress, lost virtual items, downtime, bugs, trade decisions, reward issues, or other problems resulting from use of Pokebot.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates may be made to reflect new features, rule changes, security improvements, or legal requirements.
Continued use of Pokebot after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
